I pour my own weights using quickcrete in 12 oz drink cups and a twisted/upturned ends anchorage piece of electrical wire for eyelet.
This 1-2/3 lb weight has deterred much movement for 23 lbr and 12 in noodle on 24 in long 1/2 sched 40 with 10 in rebar for trip will float it just fine if depth miscalculated.  I use #30 braided green nylon with 2 brass swivels and 2 beads and knots to retain swivels.  Large loop on end of line allows variable weights from 3/4 oz bank sinker to whatever size you want to make.  Trip end of jug has threaded eyelet so I wrap 30 feet of line around pvc, unwind at setting and half-hitch over end cap after inserting loop thru eyelet.  Retrieved jugs are de-weighted, wrapped around noodle wit hooks secured in end of noodle.  15 can be stored in 5 gal bucket.
