I Caught 75 yesterday at the dam near the small rock in the middle of two huge boulders with a few plastic bottles in the rocks.

Twp of them were clear plastic, three of them were Caffeine Free Diet Coke, and the rest were assorted Dr. Pepper bottles with a Mountain Dew near the bottom of the pile. I guess no one likes Pepsi.

I have launched at Lavonia in the past and kicked all the way to the dam, but it was during the catfish spawn and they weren't interested in flies that time. Usually I do pretty good fly fishing for catfish during the spawn, both at Lavon and Hubbard, but this year I didn't do very well at either lake.

Have you tried vertical jigging in 22-28' of water?  Granted, it would have to be a relatively calm day for a tube.
We have been catching some there with minners.  icon_mrgreen

Tim, what I need is for Carey to mark his trees at the dam with bright orange markers that float so that I can find them when I'm in my tube.  icon_lol
