Is the fall fishing for panfish on Southlake any good or would it be better to wait until spring?  I finally finished my 1964 16' Skeeter and am ready to take it out on Southlake and give it a go.

Had to answer my own question.  I went to Southlake this morning for some bream fishing.  I think I waited to late in the season as  I didn't even get one bite.  The water temperature was around 55 degrees which was probably too cold.

NOTE to self:  Go next fall before the water temperature gets below 64 degrees.

The good news - trout season starts December 14th with the stocking of Waterloo Park in Denison.
