Has the power plant been running water out in the mornings? Was thinking about going out Friday Jan. 27 early

I went last week - albeit it was evening, 4ish- and it was running and didn't get a nibble.

If you can toss a lure right up to the base of the big spillway you might get something although it is still probably too early in the season.

I believe sandbass and hybrids hang out in the undercut under the spillway.  Often times as soon as my lure (a weighted float with a white feathered jig 4-5' below it) hits the water a fish will grab it.

And remember you are not allowed inside the imaginary bouies. Where the chain link gates goes in the water- that is the line.

$450 mess up if they get you.
