This morning I fished the two bridges on Hwy. 66 in Rockwall hoping to catch some spawning catfish and crappie - not a bite. So I went to Southlake and started fly fishing for bass, but the bream kept hitting my fly so I switched to my 3-wt rod and a #12 woolly bugger and ended up with about 20 bluegill and redear, several of the redear were 9".
