After being off the water for almost a month while doing a home remodel for a client, I finally got a chance to go fly fishing for bream today at a little lake north of Plano. It turned out to be a good morning because I came home with 34 bluegill, redear and green sunfish 7"-10'. I just finished off a meal of fresh ceviche mixed with pico de gallo - mmmmm good!!
