We continue to evaluate the parks on a daily basis to ensure that they are safe for visitors to use.  Because of the rising waters, a number of parks and ramps have been closed.  At present, the following ramps are still open:

     East Fork Park (Main)
     Bratonia Park
     Clearlake Park (North)
     Elm Creek Park
     Lavonia Park (South)
     Twin Groves Park.

Every time you are on the water, please wear a properly fitted life jacket.  Remember, life jackets float, you don't!

Respectfully,
Ranger Perrin

All -

As of last night, the water was too high on both the East Fork ramps and on the Clearlake ramp to continue safe operation.  As such, both are now closed.  The following are still open:

     Bratonia Park
     Elm Creek Park
     Lavonia Park (South)
     Twin Groves Park.

The shoreline of the lake has changed dramatically with the increased lake level.  Please operate more slowly if you are not familiar with the area or the conditions.

Thank you,
Steve P.

Any idea why Brockdale Park status has been left off the COE website for a couple weeks now?

I figured that was the case when I went out today and saw all the cars ~ Trucks parked by the gate.
