Not sure about Brockdale but Highland ramp is a very shallow ramp. The water was just barely to the ramp 2 weeks ago. I would think we need another foot or two of water to open Highland.

I would imagine smaller boats and kayakers could use the ramp if it was open.

+1 and hopefully we keep seeing these rains moving in through out the Spring to make it happen. Would be nice to hit the ol' Highland ramp with the net again.

I know a kayak guy that's waiting for brockdale and another close by family ready to splash their 16' fish boat at highland. pray for more rain.

I was at brockdale last sunday(4/11), and the water is at least 6' deep at the end of that ramp.
