Just made an order to finally replace my reels. Well, at least part of them! I am gonna need more cash but hopefully I will get years of service from them.
No fun just telling you what I got, but I would rather we play the guessing game.
Hmmmmmmm.

That's too easy...
Since I know you completed your "My Little Pony" collection last spring...
You've now begun your "Teletubbies" and "Smurfs" collection...

The my little pony collection was hard!
Picked up some Abu trophy collection on catfish connection. Wanted them for a long time. 6500's with 3 bearings, titanium guide, and power handles.

Wish I would have ordered sooner, but will be next week before I get them. See you soon Johnny. I gotta shake the rust off of my tourney skills....

I can't remember that ramp. Are there two lanes? Seems like the dock was broken or something also....

Well of course you do! The prize was a single 2 ounce no roll sinker. I live in Josephine. Feel free to come on out and collect your winnings....

Very wise decision Joe! I saw those reels in the catfish collection catalog I got a couple of weeks ago! Those reels will last a lifetime with just a little maintenance. Parts are inexpensive and easy to git! I've got some abu's that are 40 years old and still work great!
I can show ya how to clean em & take apart when its time. Don't over oil the things. Most folks use way too much oil on their reels. And never, I mean never use wd-40 on the handle side of any abu or similar constructed reels. WD-40 is a penetrating oil and will eventually git to your drag discs and voilla, no more drag!!!

I liked being able to get parts for my old ones. It is my plan to take better care of them, but time will tell. Gonna hookem up with some new ProAngler rods when they come in.
