I likey :)

Late posting, but I'm sure the pattern is similar.
After New years we made it to Fork to deep water crappie fish a couple times. We caught 30 some one day and 40 some the other. Also kept some yellows and a monster Sandy.  It was slow, but consistent with a couple each outing over 2lbs. Biggest being 2.4 Mostly on minnows and a few on jigs tied tandem.
The bite, typically, early in the morning is shallower than later in the afternoon. Early we usually target 33-39FT and after 10 am we go 40-50ft (with one day a few yrs ago limit in 53ft)
The water depth and area is solely dependent on how cold the winter and water has been. Any main lake point that you can clearly see the dam and had good contour is potentially a good place. I prefer to be on one side or the other of a point, using my graph, as opposed to sitting in the middle of a boat show. But we seem to do as well as the dudes walking boat to boat. It does change daily.
 Good luck
