Well how'd it go

its was SLOW for Me and Megan.

Started off on a 10 to 25' drop doing a controlled drift . Caught one channel cat. moved to a south creek and set up on the channell in 4.5, thowing in 7.7 to 3' caught a couple more. Then moved further back in the same area to about 3 to 2' feet and caught the biggest fish of the trip. A monster 4.7 lb channel . stayed there for a few hours and it was just not happening. Backed out to a diffrent drop off and cruises around it for another 1 hour with nothing. Went back to the creek closest to the ramp we put in at and set up in the mouth of it until 2:00p,

8 fish on the day
3 of my five were channels icon_confused = a blazing 14lbs or so icon_rolleyes
The good news is . Megan read about 1/2 of a 2" thick book and still claims she had a great time. We had lots of good conversation during the day. lord knows we had time for it icon_biggrin
Thanks to Roy and Jason for helping me at the ramp too. Great to see everyone  again.

Big congrats to the Eagle Moutain Maniacs that took top honors on the homelake. Yall did good
