Catfish Tacos  (Read 23876 times)

Detailed Ingredients
1-2 lbs. of fresh catfish fillet - (12-16 tacos)
Green Chile Pepper Salt - 1 tbsb.
Taco Bell Taco Seasoning 1/2 packet
Garlic Salt - 1 tsp.
1/2 cup Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp.
1/2 Red Bell Pepper Diced
1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper Diced
1/2 Orange Bell Pepper Diced
1 White Onion Diced

Cooking Instructions
Chop your catfish fillet's into 1/4 inch pieces.
Put the catfish into a medium size bowl.
Pour milk on top of the catfish until covered.
Combine only the seasoning above with the catfish. (Not the vegetables)
Let the pieces soak for 2-3 hours
Sautee the veggies in a large sauce pan
Then drain the catfish pieces and stir them into the sauce pan.
Cook until all the pieces are done.
Use your choice of hard taco shells or soft tortilla's.
Serve with cheese, lettuce, fresh tomato, and sour cream.
