I cut this from the Army Corps site, Ray Roberts Pecan Creek Boat Ramp: Closed due to high water.
Buck Creek Park: Closed due to high water.
Pond Creek Boat Ramp: Closed due to high water.
Johnson Branch Park Boat Ramp: Anticipated closure by COB today.

Just found it strange that ramps would be closed due to high water. Any input

Lots of water over her, should be pouring over the spillway any time now,

Just kidding,  website says 4'0 low, and I guess if you look at the stumps out in the water it is about right, but the water line on the bank looks like a lot more than that to me, all ramps are open, and no trouble to launch at any of them, there is a sand bar on the west side about a mile north of the Lone Oak bridge that is about 1'0 under the water, don't ask me how I know, I hit it running about 20mph the other day, I stopped real fast, lucky for me I had my shallow water anchor poles and I was able to push the boat with them and didn't have to get wet, I havn't been to the Pilot Point side of the lake in a long time, and never did fish over there much so I can't give much information on that side, the lake is turning over, I went across the dam this morning and there is big spots of stuff floating on the surface, I guess it is hydrilla, I don't know for sure,

May go try Buck Creek in the morning, I havn't been up there in 2 years, so I don't know what it's going to be like, sorry I can't be more help,

Good Luck to Ya!!!

I went to Buck Creek this morning, it was tough up there, I had 7 perch and some shad, I caught 4 Blues and lost 1 while I was boating another one, all on cut perch, never got a bite on the shad, I'll sure be glad when the lake gets finished turning over!!!

Has anybody been doing any good on Ray Bob!!!

Salsa is saying he might not fish it, he said he won't know till the Thursday before the tournement,

yall need to get out and check out the lake, it has everything, lots of trees in parts of it, real creek channels. and pleantyu shallow water and deep water up to 90'0, it's a fun lake, it can be good, and it can humble you too!!!

Good Luck to Ya!!!
