Took the yaks out to fish for bass last night..  West of East Fork by the pump station.  Few nibbles on a worm.. nothing on buzz bait or pop-r...  But was a nice eve to paddle.

Looks like a helluva fight from a yak whatever it is!! Nice job!

Do you watch the kayak show on WFN? He does extreme saltwater kayaking like that.

50 # thresher shark, 3/4 mile sleigh ride, 25 min fight, 20 # line off San Diego California

Wow.
Sitting on that yak when a big fish takes it ...
At what point do you start wondering if he is big enough to turn around and eat you?   icon_mrgreen
About half way through the sleigh ride???  icon_lol

Man... 20# test, that is a heckuva fight.

prob cheaper now but when 1st out around $900 then the sonar , rod holders, live bait tank etc. are all extra over time but all worth it .
especially 3miles off the beach when youre surrounded by dolphins and occasional whale
