Oak Point Park - Plano Texas - Bass Fishing  (Read 3796 times)
Group: Guest
Looking for a real nice place to catch a few bass?  Oak Point Park has a really large pond that has been left in it's original state. (non mowed - and structure left around edges)   Located at Los Rios and Parker Rd.   The pond also has catfish.    The park is brand new..  I think you will enjoy!

Good to know.  I have driven by there many times since they finished it wondering if there were fish in there.  Was fishing in the one across Parker Rd., to the east at the elementary school, that fshn84 has talked about, but it is too overgrown to fish with anything other than a fly rod, in my opinion.  Will have to try this one.  Now delete this post before anyone else reads it...
