Got out early and home around lunch time.  Was the first time to get to fish in a while.  Had right knee replaced in December with therapy before I could think about going out by myself to launch and fish. Then the wind .  Then my wife booked us on 16 day cruise across the Atlantic. Finally fishing.  Caught all on 1/6pz jig. Various colors, small profile, and in 6 to 10’ water around timber.

Lost green ice chest Saturday.

Hey, we lost our two-tone green ice chest on Saturday when it slid out of the boat. Probably in the east arm main lake area when we were running. It has a piece of rope going through one of the handles to hold it on. Anybody found it id sure appreciate it! Thanks!

CAT had a great tournament today on Lavon with 96 adults and 15 junior anglers entered. This tournament paid top 3 big fish each hour plus 10th place and top 3 big fish overall. The junior anglers also had prizes for top 3 big fish, several places after that and tackle packs and trophies for all the junior anglers.
Plenty of fish were weighed in and some big ones hit the scales today. The bite was a little off for some and smaller fish were plentiful everywhere.
CAT plans to have this tournament next year so start making plans to fish it.
